Realizziamo interfalde per molteplici settori industriali e solitamente si tratta di grammature e spessori non elevati (2 – 3 mm di spessore in genere). Il nostro punto di forza è che essendo estrusori della lastra non ci rifacciamo a formati standard ma possiamo realizzare interfalde di qualsiasi dimensioni (compatibilmente con i vincoli tecnici della macchina, ossia una dimensione contro canna non superiore a 1,65 metri – nessun limite invece si ha nella direzione del senso canna). Le interfalde non richiedono in genere lavorazione ulteriori in seguito all’estrusione, dunque si estrude la lastra con lo spessore e la grammatura richiesti dal cliente, nel colore richiesto dallo stesso (in genere bianco/nero/blu). La dimensione viene già comunicata alla macchina mediante il pannello di controllo, ragion per cui all’uscita dall’impilatore le lastre su pedana richiedono solo l’imballaggio finale con angolari, film estensibile e reggetta, in modo da essere inviati al cliente senza compromettere l’integrità del prodotto.

All in all, everyone is different and are suited to different environments. Production and mining was great experience and something that has launched my career. I would definitely recommend that all engineers get this exposure a an early stage in their careers. However, consulting is very exciting and you get broader exposure to the industry as a whole. Some people start off in consulting and never leave. It may be stressful, but if you are a very driven individual who values professionalism and detail, I would recommend it to you!
